Frank Dining Hall is located on South Campus and offers an allergen “friendly” station. Frank prepares dishes that are free from egg, milk, shellfish, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. It features an entrée line, expo station and grill, vegan/vegetarian items, soup, pizza, selections from our Farm, and sandwich, salad and dessert bars.
*As of January 2025, the FDA no longer considers coconut a tree nut on their list of allergens. We are in the process of updating our allergen labeling accordingly.
Frank Dining Hall’s regular hours are:
Sunday - Thursday
Continental Breakfast: 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Brunch: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5 – 7:30 p.m.
Note: Continuous service 1:30 – 4 p.m.
